EAGULLS | COMPETITION
Is the punk in you raring to come out? Are you in the mood for some classic rock, but have overly repeatedly listened to your favourites? Think it’s time to get out of the house, and find some new bands? Then seeing Eagulls when they come to Cardiff this October might be the solution.
They are playing as part of this year’s trendy footwear heroes Dr Marten’s #standforsomething UK tour, which showcases some of the best up and coming bands. Thier tour includes the likes of Funeral For A Friend, Los Campesinos! and We Are The Ocean. Cardiff’s Clwb Ifor Bach will be getting Eagulls on Sat 11 Oct.
They will be bringing a melodic boom of guitars, drums and the lead singer George Mitchell’s classic punk-rock voice. Think 90’s rock music; think The Sex Pistols! Their first studio album was released in March 2014, and having won Best Music Video at the 2014 NME Music Awards for their single video, Nerve Endings, and being the main support band for Franz Ferdinand’s 2014 UK Tour, its setting up to be a great year for the band!
Known for their chaotic and loud stage performances, this is a show which will probably knock your socks off!
