Olly had surprise guests which was a nice surprise. Tich was so sweet and polite while she was talking she was really entertaining and interacted with the audience well. The Loveable Rogues were very creative and had a nice edge to their performance they had a nice connection with the audience. Tich And The Loveable Rogues got the crowd excited ready for Olly.
After a long wait Olly eventually came on and as soon as he was seen everyone stood up with big smiles on their faces, the atmosphere was great. I heard a few people behind me singing and making up their own tune whilst saying “Olly!”. Olly sang a few songs and then had a chat with the audience he also introduced his backing singers which was a nice touch. He was very energetic whilst singing and he looked like he was enjoying himself, he danced a bit as well which made it all the more enjoyable.
Olly then walked onto a glass bridge above the crowd so he was seen by everyone, he was making use of the space. He waved and then he lay on the glass bridge and gave the people under him a little wink which made him seem a bit cheeky. He then stepped onto a smaller stage in the middle of the room which got people moving because some had to turn around in order to see him. He sang a song and then someone threw a Welsh flag and a half-eaten dib-dab. Olly said “well a half-eaten dib-dab won’t do much use but hey, got myself a Welsh flag!” His backing singers then joined him and sang more wonderful songs. They then went back onto the big stage.
Olly then introduced some of his band and they gave a short part of a tune. They played a bit of beyonce and Olly asked everyone too shake their bum so he did as well which was a laugh. He also said “oggy oggy oggy” and asked us to say “oi oi oi”, so he got into the Welsh spirit which was sweet. He then sang lots of songs which were brilliant, his voice was spectacular. On one song he went to one side of the stage and a woman threw her bra onto the stage he had a little giggle although he was singing and he then had another one. He had a bit of a laugh and said, “what you trying to say that I have man boobs?”
His finale was great, his last song was Troublemaker his best song, well in my opinion anyway. I think he had great interaction with the audience and put on a brilliant concert. Well done Olly!
