This new venue is celebrating its opening year with a beer festival to highlight the best cask and keg beer that the UK has to offer. Alongside drinks, there will be DJs from across South Wales playing the best hip-hop, funk and soul – and most importantly, there will be some amazing food. The weekend opens with classic pub snacks including Wenvoe pork crackling and pickled eggs. On Saturday, Hang Fire Southern Kitchen will be bringing some of their great meat and Keralan Karavan will be serving up South Indian homestyle cooking. Keralan Karavan will also be starting the party on Sunday with a fabulous Indian feast.

A few years ago, the only Vegan food on most menus was the garden salad – a lot has changed in the last decade. The Ab Fab Vegan pop up has some of the best offerings from across Wales including; Those Vegan Pizza Guys, Babita’s Spice Deli and Shirley’s Homemade Raw Chocolate. And, almost tempting fate as we enter into summer, Ice Green – which is handmade in Cardigan – will be there to offer their renowned vegan, gluten-free ice cream, which also comes with gluten-free cones and waffles.

The brewers at Waterloo tea have just returned from a sourcing trip to Nicaragua where they were on the lookout for the best coffee beans for that perfect cup. At this special after-hours event, attendees will have the opportunity to taste 10 different coffees, learn more about the sourcing process and also about the sustainability of the coffee industry. This event is a great opportunity to learn more about the nation’s second favourite drink – and to try some new variations on an old tradition.
