The hook for having these six Friday teatime yoga sessions take place here (in the main hall) is Luke Jerram’s Helios installation, which is seven metres wide and hangs from the ceiling. Eleri Morgan is your instructor and the vibe is billed as calming, so beginners are welcome. Every Friday until 28 Aug.
