Possibly the most widely lauded musical of the last decade or two, Lin-Manuel Miranda’s song-based retelling of USA Founding Father Alexander Hamilton’s story will land in Cardiff across the end of 2024 and beginning of 2025, meaning the 10th anniversary of its off-Broadway premiere will be spent at the Wales Millennium Centre. Which is nice. This iteration of Hamilton comes to Cardiff as part of its first ever UK tour, with its UK production proving a West End hit on launching in 2017. Further details, including ticket prices and precise dates, are TBC, and the tickets themselves go on sale this coming autumn.
