In partnership with the Ardal Aberystwyth Rotary Club, the Neudd Fawr (Great Hall) will be filled with song come the evening of 1 Mar for a Dathliad Dydd Gwyl Dewi (St. David’s Day Celebration). Compered by Ioan Guille, featured performers include globally acclaimed Soprano Gwawr Edwards and numerous local bands and choirs.

COCH CELEBRATES ST. DAVID: Wales’ ‘fairy castle’ provides a day of edutainment

ST DAVID’S DAY RUN: mark the day with a mini-Cardiff charity run
Running event hosts The Fix Events have partnered with Welsh charities, Cancer Research Wales and Kidney Wales to bring a 5k, 10k, a half-marathon run and a mini-run to Cardiff in celebration of St David’s Day.

PETITION FOR PEACE: see a lost piece of Welsh history for the first time in a century
Opening a bit after St. David’s Day but close enough for it to count, so say we! On display until September 2025, this exhibition includes the titular petition signed by almost half a million Welsh women in response to WWI, as well as banners from the Greenham Common peace camp. It’s been housed by the Washington D.C’s National Museum of American History until last year for a century since it was brought to American shores.
