Cardiff’s wonderfully wholesome Railway Gardens are providing a splash of greenery in the centre of the capital this Easter. With nature crafts, gardening competitions and treasure hunts, and affordable refreshments from their very own Things On Toast café, it’s a great alternative to the typically Easter-esque events.

EASTER BUNNY BOILERS
One that is not as much for the family but is sure to be an entertaining evening, WMC’s new Cabaret venue is hosting Cardiff Cabaret Club’s Easter show, hosted by burlesque star Cleopantha and comedy magician Mario Morris.

BARRY EASTER EGG HUNT
A town-wide Easter egg hunt is happening for the first time in Barry, with dozens of venues participating. With street entertainers, competitions and sweet treats on offer, Barry Traders has certainly put in the work for this event.

PYSANKY WORKSHOP
Pysanky – eggs decorated with beeswax and coloured dye – are a Ukrainian Easter tradition. This family-friendly workshop will be delivered in both English and Ukrainian, and all profits will be donated to Hereford Help Tor Ukraine.
