Without a wide choice of music, literature and film, life really will be darker and far less enjoyable. Creative artists are struggling with the damage the pandemic is causing. Let’s hope and pray something can be done to help keep their heads above water. Artists like Matthew Frederick are not giving up the battle, by any means.
‘Laura Jones’ is the fourth single to be taken from Frederick’s debut album ‘Fragments’ which actually could be a ‘best of’ as each track is worthy of single release status. Frederick’s songs can be compared to a cross between Bob Dylan’s 1960’s storytelling and Bruce Springsteen’s 1970’s rabble rousers. ‘Laura Jones’ is an ode to lost love that really is in a class of its own.
