QUIET MARAUDER | SINGLE REVIEW

June 9, 2020 Category: Music, Reviews Region: South Wales

Quiet Marauder
Eggs!
Bubblewrap Collective

If John Peel and his Festive 50 still existed, Quiet Marauder would probably dominate the upper echelons of it until kingdom come, just like Joy Division, The Damned and The Smiths did back in the day. Quiet Marauder’s promo videos are hilarious and their songs are catchy, uplifting and completely off the wall.

Quiet Marauders new single ’Eggs’ is a live favourite with a twisted post-punk twang and raucous chorus, that is a teaser for the bands forthcoming album: ‘Tiny Men Parts’ due to be released later this year, which will be something to look forward to: but for now ‘Eggs!’ will do nicely.
