The award winning Indian restaurant Mint and Mustard is currently delighting the denizens of Cardiff with its Kerala Food Festival. For fans of Indian food we just thought we’d make you aware of this excellent little fest that is running until Sun 23 August at Mint And Mustard on Whitchurch Road.
It’s organised by head chef Anand George who is setting up the event to pay tribute to the home cooking roots that have helped him become such a success in Britain. He has prepared a special menu that comprises of all the wonders of Kerala food and will not only open the minds of those to more exotic food, but show even more reasons to dabble with taste bud experimentation.
Anand George is a phenomenally talented chef who crafts food with delicate and intricate taste making it no wonder Mint And Mustard is gathering quite the reputation. So when he announces an extra special menu, it’s time to take notice. And really, when it’s this close to town and you’re in the hands of a perfect menu, there’s no better time to.
