Who doesn’t love Christmas carols during the festive season? Whether they are in the middle of town or at your front door, it certainly brings the warmth of Christmas to bear. This year there are opportunities galore for you to get out and carol to your heart’s content. The best of the lot is the show-stopping event that is Carols for Christmas, organised by BBC Wales. Over 200 primary school children from across south Wales will join BBC presenters in putting a spotlight. If you fancy a bit more of an amalgamation of classic and fresh, Spectrum Singers are showing off their extensive range while not straying too much from the ones we know and love, whilst a more traditional and low-key (but no less merry) affair can be found at St John’s the Baptist’s Church in Cardiff.
