CAFE COLLISIONS ANTHOLOGY LAUNCH | ART NEWS

Cardiff MADE and Cardiff University are celebrating the launch of a jointly published anthology of writing by Melinda Kirk, Julie Primon, Richard Axtell and Jamie Gillingham, four MA Creative Writing students who spent the summer writing at the MADE café. The short stories were responded to by visual artists and the illustrations will be included in the anthology and on display at the gallery during the event. To compliment readings from the anthology, five invited writers from the community will deliver a selection of work.

The limited edition publication will be on sale as well as postcards that highlight excerpts from the stories and the specially commissioned illustrations.

The event is taking place as part of MadeinRoath. Doors open at 6.30 pm and readings begin at 7.00 pm.
