It’s less than a month until the first ever Burning Lantern Fayre comes to St Fagan’s National History Museum. With headliners Tom Odell, Jack Savoretti, The Shires, with support from local lads Into The Ark and many more performing, along with entertainment and fun for all the family, it’s going to be the first of planned festivals to be staged here by event organisers Orchard Media.
Due to the Cardiff City V Aston Villa football match taking place on the same day, there will be increased traffic, resulting in significant traffic implications. There will be no private vehicle pickup and drop offs at the event site and very limited number of car parking spaces left to purchase at the event site, which must be purchased in advance.
The Burning Lantern Fayre bus service has a number of routes and is a perfect option when considering how you might get to the event on the day. Teaming up with Fanzone, the Burning Lantern Fayre bus service will pick up from a number of towns, including Barry, Newport, Blackwood, Bristol, London and further afield, if you can’t find a station near you, new stations can be requested and created as per the demand. Reserve your seats in advance and make the travel to and from the event stress-free. All buses will park within walking distance to the event site, making it the most convenient mode of transport for your visit.
The Burning Lantern Fayre is going to be an incredible day for everyone, so make sure you organise your travel now so you don’t have anything to worry about at the event, making the day even more care-free and fun.
