How can one have a complaint about the distance between Hornby and Pauline? Twice Hornby mentions that Pauline is "a widow", alluding to not the reality of widowhood but to the broken nature of their relationship. Hornby has spent so much of his time caring for Deborah that he has neglected his marriage and the distance between them has grown to reflect the fact that essentially he is now, once again, just Pauline's sister's doctor.

This was an outstanding piece of work by the cast and director with a suitably claustrophobic feel imbued by the set and lighting design.

I really urge everyone to try and get to see it.

I loved it.
